3. Operate :
1. Machine easily controlled by two small handles.
Left side one control the blade cutting up and down; right side one control the claw loose and tighten.
2. Machine has two blades, the flat type one used for cutting the motor’s steel cover, and the triangle type one used for cutting the stator.
